Business Lecturer in the UK · PhD in Business Administration · Fellow of the Higher Education Academy

Who I Help
Whether you are building a career or building a business, the work starts in the same place: understanding and positioning the value you already hold.

You have the qualifications and the experience, but the opportunities you want are not finding you. Let's fix how your value is understood and where it is seen.
Explore support for professionals
Your business does not have to be big before it can position itself for bigger opportunities. Let's build the clarity, credibility and visibility that growth needs.
Explore support for small businessesThe Framework
Every piece of work I do follows this sequence. Skipping a step is usually the reason capable people and good businesses get overlooked.
Know what you bring to the table and the problems you are equipped to solve.
Communicate your experience and expertise in a way that makes your relevance clear.
Be present in the professional spaces where the right people can discover your work and understand your contribution.
When your value is clear, well positioned and visible, you increase the likelihood of being considered for opportunities beyond your immediate environment.
How I Can Help
Six ways to work with me, from a single focused session to a full coaching programme.
Clarify your value and make your experience read clearly to the people who decide on opportunities.
Prepare your profile, evidence and visibility for international roles, fellowships and recognition routes.
Sharpen your offer, credibility and market focus so your business can compete for bigger work.
Focused one-to-one sessions that identify the real gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Practical sessions for conferences, universities, organisations and business communities.
Structured one-to-one and cohort programmes that build clarity, positioning and visibility over time.
